J.C. Higgins Model 583.20 bolt action shotgun, 12 gauge, Serial #NSNV. The shotgun is in very good overall condition with a 28” barrel and half magazine. The shotgun retains nearly all of the blue finish withlight surface rust at the muzzle and on top of the receiver. The smooth wood stock is in very good condition with light handling marks. The butt stock ends with a ventilated rubber recoil pad providing a 13 ¾” LOP.The bore is good and the action is crisp. Est.: $80-$160. (Modern).
